Manchester City will face either Liverpool in the FA Cup semi-finals next month, with Chelsea taking on Crystal Palace in a London derby in the other tie.
City reached the FA Cup semi-final for the fifth time in six seasons under Pep Guardiola with a comfortable 4-1 win away at Southampton on Sunday afternoon, while Liverpool triumphed at the City Ground in the last quarter-final following a Diogo Jota strike 12 minutes from time.
The draw means one between City’s dream of winning the treble and Liverpool’s quest for an unprecedented quadruple will end next month.

Raheem Sterling, Kevin De Bruyne, Phil Foden and Riyad Mahrez were on target as City overcame an obstinate Southampton side 4-1 at St. Mary’s on Sunday.
The Premier League leaders have fallen at the penultimate stage of the competition twice in the last two seasons and De Bruyne insisted City wanted to go one better this year.

Palace, who have never won the FA Cup, are one win away from returning to the FA Cup final for the first time since they lost 2-1 to Manchester United in 2016.
