National League side Wrexham will have the chance to make history tonight with a win against Sheffield United in the FA Cup fourth-round replay.

What has been said in the build-up to the game?

Wrexham manager Phil Parkinson states that his side will be looking to give it their all ahead of the replay with Sheffield United.

A win for Wrexham could see the National League side travel to Premier League side Tottenham in the fifth round.

While a fifth-round home tie against Tottenham would be an incredible occasion for the side, Parkinson has stated that his side have not got ahead of themselves just yet.

‘It’s a great draw and we’ll do everything we can to try and get to that stage,’ he added.

‘The lads haven’t spoken about it because up to Saturday we’d had several chats with the lads about the league game and what we’ve said all along, the cup is a bonus for us.’

As for Sheffield United, manager Heckingbottom is aware that the National League side will give it their all heading into the fourth-round replay.

‘They’ll come and attack us and have a free hit, similar to what they did at Coventry, similar what they did to us at home. It’s a different feel for them in these games, but that makes them dangerous, so we have to respect that, and approach it in the right way,’ Heckingbottom said.

‘Everything impressed me (what Wrexham did), but nothing surprised me, because I’ve seen enough of them, I know enough of the players. So, nothing they are doing at the minute, whether that’s the league form or the cup run, nothing is surprising me.’

Sheffield United manager Paul Heckingbottom fully expects Wrexham to give it their all
