Middlesbrough’s tie with Chelsea to kick off FA Cup quarter-final coverage on March 19 before final three ties are all played on Sunday, March 20 as TV changes are announced

Middlesbrough’s clash with Chelsea will kick off live coverage of the FA Cup quarter-finals later this month. 

The tie at the Riverside will be broadcast on BBC One and the BBC iPlayer on Saturday, March 19 with the game kicking off at 5.15 pm. 

The Blues, who were beaten in the final of last season’s competition by Leicester City, edged Luton Town in the fifth round 3-2.

Thomas Tuchel’s team will now take on Boro, who have claimed the Premier League scalps of Manchester United and Tottenham in their past two ties.

The all-Premier League tie between Everton and Crystal Palace will follow on Sunday March 20 at 12.30pm and will be screened live on ITV.

Southampton’s clash with Manchester City takes place on the same day with a 3pm kick off. BBC will broadcast the match.

And the fourth tie sees Liverpool’s travel to Championship side Nottingham Forest, with the game kicking off at 6pm on Sunday, March 20.
