Sam Kerr is an early doubt for Chelsea after the forward was withdrawn early on due to an injury in the Blues’ game with Everton last weekend.
The Blues are set to be without Frank Kirby, who is expected to miss the rest of the season.
Pernille Harder has returned to full fitness. Harder scored twice in Chelsea’s last game against Everton on Wednesday.
As for United, the club will be without Maria Thorisdottir, who continues to recover from her long-term foot injury.
Russo is set to lead the line, with Ella Toone, Parris and Galton operating slightly behind the forward.

‘I don’t want them to miss the opportunity to feel the game, but we haven’t won anything’, Skinner said.
‘So, get on to your business – you can feel it, but at game time don’t let it distract you.
‘That’s the hardest balance, staying focused for a huge challenge before Wembley.’

Heading into the game, Hayes’ side have already defeated the Red Devils twice this season.
Even if Kerr is unavailable for the clash, Harder is expected to feature from the off and is more than capable of causing problems for United’s defence.
As for Skinner’s side, they will be full of confidence as they are unbeaten in their last seven games in all competitions.
If the likes of Parris, Russo and Toone are all on form from the off, it could be a long day at the office for the Blues.
